This year, the wine has been a little bit light and brilliant and also charming. To the taste it was aromatic. This wine is also characterised by softness and youth.

Matching: pasta with tomato sauce or meat sauce ;meats and crued meats.  Bread with ancovies with a little bit of butter. Fresh pecorino cheese combined with fava bean .
